Will Conservatives embrace President Obama's Deficit Reduction Plan?

Obama seems to have the same deficiency in math, as do multitudes of liberal Americans. The inability to distinguish the difference between millions, billions, and trillions. I can't comprehend the issue being missed from a Harvard education.
