Help I'm pulling my head off the ball!!!?

Okay so i'm about midway through the season and so far it's been great batting four in the lineup over .400 average. Then all of asudden over the last three games I can't hit! I'm pulling my head out and when I do make contact its a little dribbler. I feel like i haven't changed my swing at all. Any advice please!
