Why don't they go after the realtors that started it all?

There are all kinds of bailouts from people to businesses affected by the real estate boom and bust. Why doesn't the government persue the real estate agents that lied about everything and gave out incredibly idiotic advice with reguard to buying of real estate and overpriced houses. The bailout part is just a small part of it. There are millions of people wondering what they were thinking moving to these places and how they were mislead.
