How do i fix my water damaged ipod touch?

My ipod touch fell in my ramen a few weeks agowith the top half submerged for about 2 seconds. At first the screen wouldn't work then after a few minutes the ipod got really hot and went off and hasn't turned on or shown anything on the screen since. What can i do?
