Alaskan Malamute!!! They are so smart, and match every criteria your looking for except low prey drive!!!! But if you introduce at an early age they will be extremely gentle with smaller animals and children. But in the sun you have to make sure it drinks alot of water if your going purebred... Malamute mix would be the best for Hot summers.. Good luckl!
