Do i have testicular cancer?

alright on the top right of my left testicle i have a failry large lump about 1/5 the size of the actual testicle it seems sort of squishy but is atatced to the testicle , at the bottom of it i can feel the epydidymis im just wondering is this part of the epydydimis or is it a cyst or cancer , and please dont just tell me to go see a doctor give me someting to really look out fo r
