Since a full rotation is 2pi radians, divide 2826 by 2pi to find that each radian of rotation takes the wheel 450 centimeters. 2 meters is 2000 centimeters, so divide 2000 by 450 and get 4.44. this means the wheel will rotate 4.44 radians when it travels 2 meters.
