What makes my lifted truck shake from side to side?

I was on my way to work this morning and my truck started shaking me from side to side. It was so bad I had to fight it to keep it in the road. Its never done it before and drove fine the rest of the way to work. I have checked all the lug nuts and looked at the suspension and it all looks fine. Any ideas?
