Rearrange y=3-2x into the form y=mx+c?

Im currently studying Maths GCSE and I need to rearrange y=3-2x into the form y=mx+c so i Can then easily find the gradient and y-intercept(c) of the line. and in addition draw a graph from it. A correct answer will get a guaranteed best answer
