My friend is being a major jerk. and then says sorry what do i do? forgive or not?

okk well me and my friend emmalee were playing a game in my pool and then i was drowning her and she was doing it to me... we were playing a game and then all of a sudden she gets mad at me for no good reason... and this isnt the first time we have got into fights ALOT. should i forgive her or not?
