Can the patriots win the super bowl with matt cell in as QB?

The pats still have one of the best teams in the NFL( if not the best, even with Brady gone) and matt cel looked good during the time he played. with randy moss drawing double teams every play and wes welker and the wrest of the talented patriots offense and defense. do u think they can make the playoffs or possibly win the super bowl?... give your predictions. also how do u think the 9ers will fare. haha just to mix it up a bit?
