I live in China. I come home and find my computer on and locked. I know I turn my computer off before I leave.
I have mcafee telling me i am getting upwards of 15-20 attacks a second whenever i am on line. all portscans. and just in the last couple of days I have addresses from all over the world searching my computer for the remote grab trojan / kazimas trojan... I have recently cleaned a memory key of some QQtrojan and uninstalled all my computers of this QQ thing. my question is ... is someone turning on my computer through the adsl line and trying to guess my login pword? or what? should i do something more than remember to unplug the adsl line before i leave? I made it to my wits end at the mcafee site looking for info and i'm still trying to solve a vista problem there.. but that's another question... I have real XP's from dell and a real vista from hp and real mcafee and a norton 360 from the states. two of my computers are admittedly questionable xp's and mcaffees. I work for a school and we have some local brand pc's. We stick our memkeys in all of them. we're very 60-ish like tha
