This is going to sound bizarre, but it's becoming a legitimate concern, lol?

This is purely a guess, but maybe a little Oragel or over the counter oral anesthetic might help. I can't imagine that would be good for you long term, so maybe just call or go in to see a dentist. I've chewed the inside of my cheek for a long time and, yes, it is another type of OCD or addiction. Really, try talking to a dentist I think.
