Strapless blue dress?

If you have a Ross Dress 4 Less try there, they always have dresses strappless, and many different color blues, they are very inexpensive and all clothing are brand name. I purchased a black beaded gown that was regularly $400.00 from there and I paid $50.00 for it. They have really nice clothes there, I think you should find what you are looking for and not spend near the money.
