My eye is getting really and it feels heavy?

my eye like every 60 seconds has these little squishy little green in my eye and i went to look at it and when i pull my eyelid down there is a little puddle of snot or green squishy stuff in it my eye feels heavy and i think i have pink eye but this green stuff is not in just one eye its in both can someone try to diagnose my problem please
