Good or bad forcing yourself to use the bathroom?

My girlfriend works at a business where there is a lot of customers when She leaves to use the restroom Her work get backed up. She has development this habit of before going to work useing the bathroom like clockwork. Sometimes She forces Her poop out so she does not go at work Im afraid She might be doing damage to herself . So can forcing yourself to poop do damage
