Finish this, Mick Foley is...?

Mick Foley is a little overrated, Sure he's a helluva nice guy, a good father, and a great story teller. But his in ring technical skills were never any good. However he was very good on the mic, especially when he had multiple personas to choose from, this let him be more like his real self and exploited his great sense of humor. He'll be in the HOF some day, but it won't be because he could pull of four star mat clics every week. It'll be because he's genuinely a good guy who had some memorable feuds, took alot dangerous risks, and is well liked by everyone in the industry (except Flair).
