You don't need a website for this. Old-fashioned pen and paper will work just fine. Write down what needs to be done every day, what needs to be done every week, and so on, up to things to do every year like get the furnace checked. Then all you need is to do the stuff according to the schedule. If you want the house clean every day, then someone has to do some cleaning every day.
