Arsenal-cheaters to the end?

did anyone notice in the cup final, on 96 mins after all the sending offs, arsenal had a free kick from near the centre circle, but by the time fabreg took it he had managed to pick the ball uo and move it at least 3 times untill he was practically in a shooting position. why did no one in the game notice this? how do they keep getting away with such blatant cheating? no i am not a chelski fan either.
